Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Mister Short Term Rental Services. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our short-term rental properties are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, providing our guests with an exceptional experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform deep cleaning tasks according to established guidelines and company standards.
2. Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
3. Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors, ensuring they are free from dirt, debris, and stains.
4. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
5. Clean and restock linens, towels, toiletries, and other necessary supplies in each rental unit.
6. Carry out internal inspections to identify areas that require attention and ensure cleanliness is maintained.
7. Handle any special cleaning requests from guests or property management in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and report to the Housekeeping Supervisor when additional supplies are required.
9. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
10. Report any maintenance or repair issues discovered during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:
1. Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality or short-term rental setting.
2. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment for deep cleaning purposes.
3. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional cleaning standards.
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within given time frames.
5. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
7. Good communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and guests.
8. Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from various job sites.
9. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak times, as required.
10. High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
